Species Specific Examinations

The NBVME has developed two species specific examinations for use by licensing boards in evaluating a veterinarian's knowledge in companion animal or equine medicine. Each examination consists of 100 multiple choice questions. The species specific examinations were reviewed and revised in 2003, and again in 2007. Boards interested in using these examinations should contact the NBVME office.
