NAVLE Job Analysis

All licensing examinations are based on a job analysis, which describes the tasks that practitioners perform in practice and the knowledge required for comptetent performance of those tasks. 

The current NAVLE job analysis was conducted in 2002 and was approved in 2003.  A report from that job analysis is available here:

In 2009, the NBVME conducted a new job analysis study, and approved the report from that study at its January 2010 meeting.  A report from the new job analysis is available here:
